DoD-issued Citi Visa for official travel only. No annual fee, no impact on personal credit utilization, government-pay-direct option for hotel charges. Mandatory for most TDY travel, JTR requires GTC use over personal cards for orders-paid travel.
Restrictions
Default credit limit is $5,000, request a temporary increase through your APC (Agency Program Coordinator) before high-cost travel. NEVER use for personal charges; misuse is a UCMJ-level offense. Split-disbursement should be enabled so your travel voucher pays Citi directly when reimbursement processes.
