Default credit limit is $5,000 — request a temporary increase through your APC (Agency Program Coordinator) before high-cost travel. NEVER use for personal charges; misuse is a UCMJ-level offense. Split-disbursement should be enabled so your travel voucher pays Citi directly when reimbursement processes.
