Boon Atlas is a free, source-linked benefits directory for U.S. military. We collect as little personal information as possible. This page lays out exactly what we do and do not collect.

What we collect

Email address (when you subscribe). If you join our email list, we store your email address and nothing else. We use it to send the weekly benefit pick and product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

Partner inquiry form. When a company submits the partner form, the information is sent directly to our inbox at partners@boonatlas.com. We do not store partner submissions in a separate database. We use the information to review the offer and reply.

Server and hosting logs. Our host (Cloudflare) keeps standard server logs for security and uptime monitoring. These logs include IP addresses, browser information, and pages visited. They are not tied to your identity and are retained only as long as needed to operate the site.

What we do not collect

You do not need to create an account to browse the directory. We do not require your name, status, eligibility tier, or any other personal information to use the site. We do not track your browsing with advertising cookies, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers.

How we use what we collect

We use your email only to send what you subscribed to. We use partner inquiry data only to review and reply. We do not sell, rent, or share any personal information with third parties. We do not use your data to train machine learning models. We do not pass it to brands listed in the directory.

Cookies

Our site itself does not set tracking cookies. Our host may set technical cookies needed for the site to function (for example, to remember your preferences within a single visit). We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other third-party advertising or behavioral-tracking service.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to confirm what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email support@boonatlas.com with your request. We will respond within 30 days.

Children

Boon Atlas is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site grows. We will update the date at the top of this page whenever we do. Material changes will be announced on the homepage or by email to subscribers.
