Tricare Reserve Select is a comprehensive health plan for Guard and Reserve members who are NOT on active-duty orders for more than 30 days. 2026 premiums: $57.88/month (member only) or $286.66/month (member + family). Covers the full TRICARE Select benefit, preventive care at $0, network visits at $19, catastrophic cap $1,324/year.
Restrictions
2026 annual deductible: $66 individual (E1-E4) or $198 individual (E5+); $1,324 family catastrophic cap. When you go on qualifying Title-10 orders >30 days, coverage automatically shifts to active-duty Tricare, TRS resumes when you come off orders.
