Under Hawaii Administrative Rules Chapter 7-31, the Office of Veterans' Services may arrange special housing accommodations for disabled veterans who need adapted living arrangements. OVS works with state and county agencies to connect veterans with appropriate adapted housing resources.
Restrictions
This is a coordinating/referral service rather than a direct subsidy. OVS facilitates access; funding and availability depends on state and county programs. Statute reference: HRS §363-2.
