The ODVA home loan program allows eligible Oregon veterans to purchase an owner-occupied single-family home in Oregon with a fixed interest rate and a loan amount up to $806,500. Veterans can use this benefit up to four times during their lifetime. The loan is entirely separate from the federal VA loan guarantee and requires its own ODVA eligibility determination.

Restrictions

Purchase only, no refinancing. Private mortgage insurance is required for loans exceeding 80% loan-to-value. Property must be in Oregon; veteran does not need to be an Oregon resident at application time. Rates and terms available from partner loan originators statewide.
