Traditional (drill-status) Michigan National Guard members with children 12 and under receive a childcare stipend of $60 per child per day during weekend drills and annual training, up to 39 days per year. The program is for single Guard members or dual-military families where both members are drilling simultaneously.
Restrictions
Full-time (Title 10/32 AGR) Guard members are not eligible. Must have completed Advanced Individual or Technical Training. Apply through the Michigan Member Benefits Program.
