Active members of the Massachusetts National Guard can get both tuition and fees waived at all state colleges and universities. This goes further than the veteran waiver, which only covers tuition, Guard members get fees covered too. Contact the veterans' representative at your target school.
Restrictions
Authorized under Acts of 2005 ch. 130. Covers both tuition AND fees, unlike the general veteran waiver which covers tuition only.
