Kansas law provides that state military disability retirement benefits for Kansas National Guard members are indexed to inflation. Starting July 1, 2025, benefit amounts specified in K.S.A. 48-267 and 48-269 are adjusted annually on July 1 based on the prior year's Consumer Price Index increase.
Restrictions
Applies to the Kansas military disability board's benefit amounts. Automatic annual adjustment; no application required.
