Wyoming resident veterans in six rural counties (Carbon, Sweetwater, Lincoln, Sublette, Teton, and Park) can get transportation assistance to and from VA health care facilities when distance makes VA care hard to access. The program arranges rides to VA hospitals, VA network providers, and VA Community Care facilities.
Restrictions
Program funded through a federal Highly Rural Transportation Grant. Contact the HRTP Coordinator at 307-275-6723. Counties served: Carbon, Sweetwater, Lincoln, Sublette, Teton, Park.
