Military OneSource provides up to 12 free non-medical counseling sessions per issue, per year, for active-duty, Guard, Reserve, recent-separated (up to 365 days), and family members. Confidential, NOT reported to command unless duty-to-warn triggers fire. Covers individual, couples, family, or grief counseling.
Restrictions
Call 1-800-342-9647 or militaryonesource.mil to set up. Counseling can be in-person, video, or phone. "Non-medical" means it covers life-adjustment stuff (stress, relationships, parenting, grief, deployment, PCS), clinical mental-health diagnoses route through Tricare.
