VA Healthcare covers the full pregnancy journey for enrolled veterans: prenatal care, OB/GYN visits, ultrasounds, labor and delivery (via VA Community Care contracts), lactation support, breast pumps, postpartum mental-health screening, and 7+ days of newborn care. Many veterans don't realize VA covers maternity at all because pre-2010 it didn't fully.

Delivery itself happens at a community hospital (VA contracts with civilian OB/GYN networks). Breast pumps are covered as durable medical equipment.
