Spouses, unremarried surviving spouses, and dependent children (ages 17-25) of qualifying Wisconsin veterans can use the Wisconsin GI Bill to attend UW System or Wisconsin Technical College campuses tuition-free for up to 8 semesters or 128 credits, including graduate programs.
Restrictions
Qualifying veteran must have 30%+ service-connected disability rating, OR died on active duty or from service-connected causes while a Wisconsin resident. Children must be 17 but not yet 26 at time of enrollment. Dependent must meet Wisconsin residency-for-tuition requirements at the school.
