Restrictions
Statutes are RCW 41.04.010 (veterans' scoring criteria in examinations) and RCW 73.16.010 (preference in public employment). Tools and guide available at the WDVA employment page. Also note: military retirement credit applies for PERS Plan 1, 2, and 3 through the Department of Retirement Systems.
