Veteran-owned small businesses in Connecticut can get certified by the state DVA to receive a 15% price preference when bidding for state contracts through the Department of Administrative Services. To qualify, the business must be at least 51% veteran-owned and have annual gross revenues under $3 million.
Restrictions
Certification is valid for one year and must be renewed. Submit CT DVA Form CTVOMB-1 with proof of military service, CT business registration, ownership documentation, and most recent fiscal year gross income. Contact oaa.dva@ct.gov or 860-616-3685.
