Children of Indiana veterans with a service-connected disability of 10% or more may attend Indiana public colleges and universities tuition-free (or at a significantly reduced rate). The veteran must have entered military service while an Indiana resident, or have lived in Indiana for at least five years before the child uses the benefit. Apply online through the Scholar Track portal.

Restrictions

Applications via Scholar Track at scholartrack.che.in.gov. Covers Indiana public colleges and universities. Benefit is for dependent children, not the veteran directly.
