New Mexico's Statewide Veterans Transportation Program provides free round-trip, non-emergency medical transportation to VA-authorized appointments and VA-approved non-VA healthcare providers. The program covers 18 counties across the state and requires at least 3 days' advance notice to schedule.
Restrictions
Schedule by calling (505) 429-5906, Monday, Friday 8:30am, 4:30pm. Requires a valid VA-issued health ID card (VHIC/VIC) or government-issued ID with veterans designation. Counties served: Bernalillo, Chaves, Curry, Doña Ana, Eddy, Grant, Lea, Los Alamos, Luna, McKinley, Otero, Rio Arriba, Roosevelt, San Juan, Sandoval, Santa Fe, Taos, Valencia.
