National Guard members in Rhode Island can take one free tuition course per summer semester (up to two per year) at CCRI, Rhode Island College, or URI. Available to both enlisted and officer members pursuing an associate, bachelor's, or master's degree, or a certification. Can be combined with the Montgomery GI Bill.
Restrictions
Enrollment is subject to seat availability. Must obtain a STEP certificate from the Education Office before registering. Four free courses per enlistment, four more per year of extension. Contact: 401-275-4039.
