Current Rhode Island Army or Air National Guard members get a waiver for up to five tuition-free classes per fall or spring semester at CCRI, Rhode Island College, or the University of Rhode Island. The waiver covers tuition only, fees and books are the member's responsibility. Can be used alongside the GI Bill.
Restrictions
Statute: RI General Law 30-3-40.3. Members must be in good standing and not flagged for adverse action. Guard commitment of one year per 12 credits required. Contact: 401-275-4039.
