Graduates qualify to coach youth and high school sports immediately. Designed to channel vet leadership into community youth-coaching roles.
Restrictions
Apply at soldierstosidelines.org. Free cert + free background check + travel reimbursement for in-person training events. Strong fit for retiring service members who want to stay involved in community + youth development. Coaching paid roles range $1,500-$10,000/season at the high-school level depending on sport and region.
