Semper Fi & America's Fund (thefund.org) provides service dogs at no cost to combat-injured Marines AND other-branch combat-injured veterans dealing with PTSD, TBI, mobility limitations, or related conditions. Also runs an integrated wellness program covering nutrition, breathing exercises, mindfulness, sleep optimization, emotional health resources, and Heart Rate Variability training. All free for eligible veterans.
