Montana Veteran Affairs Division awards $1,000 scholarships to eligible Purple Heart recipients who are enrolled or re-enrolling in an accredited Montana state university or vocational/technical school. Multiple scholarships are awarded per year.
Restrictions
Eligibility per MCA 10-2-118: must be a Purple Heart recipient verified by DD 214, must be a Montana resident, and must maintain a GPA of at least 2.0 on a 4.0 scale. Must have been enrolled full or part-time and re-enrolled to continue education.
