Pennsylvania National Guard members who commit to an additional six-year service obligation can receive up to 100% tuition coverage at any Pennsylvania state system university (PASSHE) or community college, plus stipends for qualifying healthcare officers. The program is administered jointly by PHEAA and DMVA.
