Oklahoma offers a college tuition scholarship for children of Oklahoma military personnel who were killed in the line of duty (or died from those injuries) after January 1, 2000. The scholarship covers tuition at any Oklahoma public college or university for up to five years or until the student completes a bachelor's degree.

Restrictions

Child must be an Oklahoma resident and enroll in the state higher education system before age 21. The deceased service member must have filed an Oklahoma income tax return the prior year. Also covers a portion of tuition at Oklahoma private colleges and tech centers. Contact: Oklahoma State Regents, 405-225-9131.
