OHIOcares is a statewide network that connects Ohio veterans, service members, and their families to community-based behavioral health providers trained in military culture, including mental health counseling, substance use treatment, and crisis support. The network supplements what the VA offers and is designed to reach veterans who may not use VA facilities.
Restrictions
OHIOcares is a collaboration of the Ohio Adjutant General's office, Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services, and county behavioral health boards. Find a provider at ohiocares.ohio.gov. Veterans Crisis Line: call 988 and press 1.
