Northrop Grumman participates in the Department of Defense SkillBridge program, allowing active-duty service members to work at Northrop Grumman during their last 180 days of service, gaining real civilian experience in aerospace, defense, and technology while still receiving military pay and benefits. Available roles span air, cyber, land, sea, space, and connected systems.

Restrictions

Eligibility: at least 180 days active duty served, within 12 months of separation or retirement, honorable discharge expected, completed TAPS/TGPS, attended ethics brief within 12 months, and written authorization from Unit Commander (first O-4/Field Grade in chain).
