Operation IMPACT (Injured Military Pursuing Assisted Career Transition) is Northrop Grumman's award-winning program for service members who have a service-connected condition (injury or illness incurred after September 11, 2001) and their immediate family members. It provides career support, job placement, and ongoing development for transitioning and newly separated veterans with a service-connected physical disability rating of 30% or greater from the Department of Defense or the Department of Veterans Affairs. If the veteran cannot work, immediate family members who serve as their caregiver may also receive career support through the program.
Restrictions
Applicants must be separating or newly separated (within 3 years) with a 30%+ service-connected disability rating. Applications accepted on a rolling basis. Apply via the 2025 enrollment questionnaire linked on the page above.
