Honorably discharged veterans can get a free license to sell goods (fruit, merchandise, wares) from a cart, stand, or on foot anywhere in Indiana, no local vendor license fee required. This waives the normal fees charged by counties, cities, and towns for street vending.
Restrictions
Per Indiana Code 25-25-2-1. Apply through the county auditor or local licensing authority. Only applies where a local ordinance requires a license.
