Members of the New Jersey Army or Air National Guard can attend any New Jersey public college or university completely tuition-free for up to 16 undergraduate or graduate credits per semester. This applies to all state colleges, county colleges, and junior colleges in New Jersey.
Restrictions
Benefit is mandated by NJ state law. Children and surviving spouses of National Guard members killed in the line of duty also qualify. Program administered by the NJ Department of Military Affairs.
