Children and spouses of eligible veterans can have 100% of tuition charges and tuition-related fees waived at University of Nebraska campuses, Nebraska state colleges, and Nebraska community colleges. This is a state-funded program separate from federal education benefits.
Restrictions
Eligible veteran must be: permanently and totally disabled from service-connected cause; died of service-connected disability; died from injury/illness sustained in service; or classified as missing in action or POW. Covers one community college degree/diploma AND one baccalaureate degree. Not available for master's or doctoral degrees. Dependent children must be Nebraska residents; eligibility ce
