The 2026 rate is $2,773/month, which includes medical care, meals, activities, housekeeping, laundry, barber/salon, and cable. Located in Cameron, Cape Girardeau, Mexico, Mt. Vernon, St. James, St. Louis, and Warrensburg.
Restrictions
Must be a Missouri resident for 180 consecutive days prior to application and require 24-hour skilled nursing care. Apply via admissions application packet on MVC website. Waitlist exists at most locations.
