Any Missouri resident who served in an armed combat zone after September 11, 2001 and was honorably discharged can attend any Missouri public college with tuition capped at $50 per credit hour (undergraduate).

Any Missouri resident who served in an armed combat zone after September 11, 2001 and was honorably discharged can attend any Missouri public college with tuition capped at $50 per credit hour (undergraduate). Graduate programs are capped at 30% of normal tuition. No minimum GPA to start; must maintain a 2.5 cumulative GPA to continue.
Restrictions
Established 2008, amended 2019. Also available to National Guard/Reserve members who served in a combat zone on full-time active duty for more than 30 consecutive days. Apply through the financial aid or veterans services office at the institution. Statute: Section 173.900, RSMo.
