Michigan veterans and eligible spouses can access priority job placement, career counseling, résumé assistance, and training programs ahead of non-veterans at any Michigan Works! Service Center statewide. This "Priority of Service" is a state-backed program pairing veterans with dedicated employment specialists.
Restrictions
Identify yourself as a veteran or eligible spouse when entering any Michigan Works! Service Center to trigger Priority of Service. Call 1-800-285-WORKS (9675) to find your nearest center.
