Details

Spouses and children of Illinois veterans who were Missing in Action, a Prisoner of War, died on active duty, or are rated 100% permanently and totally disabled by service-connected causes can receive full tuition and mandatory fees at any Illinois public university or community college, up to 120 credit hours (equivalent to four years of full-time enrollment).

Restrictions

The veteran must have been an Illinois resident at time of service entry or for 15+ consecutive years after. Apply online at studentportal.isac.org.
