The Lockheed Martin Heroes Program connects veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses with SkillBridge internships, fellowships, and career development programs at Lockheed Martin, one of the largest defense employers in the United States. It is more than a short placement: the program is designed as a pathway toward long-term careers in defense technology. Participants submit an interest form, identify roles on the Lockheed jobs site, and work with an assigned Military Relations Manager throughout the process.
Restrictions
Eligibility is determined by Lockheed Martin Military Relations Managers. Submission does not guarantee placement. Service members available within 120 days may begin applying immediately; those with later availability should email preferred roles to their Military Relations Manager. Any open position may be considered for SkillBridge.
