South Carolina veterans or their dependents using GI Bill education benefits at any SC public college, university, or technical college receive in-state tuition rates regardless of when they left the service, as long as they are SC residents while enrolled.
Restrictions
Effective May 6, 2021 (S.241). Veteran or dependent must be an SC resident while enrolled. Removes the prior 3-year enrollment window after discharge.
