A three-week virtual program that helps military personnel transitioning to civilian careers explore career opportunities at Goldman Sachs. Participants get resume-building, interview prep, and a live networking event across offices. The program runs twice a year. Eligibility requires a bachelor's degree (completed by June of the program year), at least one year of military service (or military spouse/domestic partner), and a military separation date within roughly three years of the cohort. Both enlisted and commissioned personnel are welcome; applicants must hold an honorable or medical discharge.
