Kentucky funds a free 2-year Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) program for Kentucky veterans diagnosed with traumatic brain injury (TBI) or post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Veterans can receive 40, 60, or 80 one-hour treatment sessions, 5 days a week over 2 to 4 months, at no cost.
Restrictions
State of Kentucky and KDVA partnership with HBOT4KYVETS, Inc. (a 501c3 nonprofit), authorized under KRS 217.930-942. Kentucky resident veterans with a TBI diagnosis can sign up at HBOT4KYVETS.com or call (502) 287-4000 / (800) 376-8387. Program active as of March 2026.
