Pennsylvania provides up to $500 per semester (up to eight semesters) for children of veterans who died in service or who are rated 100% permanently and totally disabled. The child must be between 16 and 23 years old, have lived in Pennsylvania for five years prior to applying, and attend an approved Pennsylvania school. Financial need is required.

Restrictions

Veteran must have served during a period of war or armed conflict. Apply through the county Director of Veterans Affairs. Contact: RA-EG@pa.gov.
