Delaware pays for higher education for children of military service members who were killed in action, died from service-connected causes, were held as prisoners of war, or were declared missing in action. Eligible children must be between 16 and 24 years old, Delaware residents for at least 3 years before applying, and enrolled in a school beyond high school.
Restrictions
Administered by the Delaware Postsecondary Education Commission. Child must be a Delaware resident for at least 3 years prior to application.
