Utah may waive the driving skills test for veterans applying for a commercial driver's license (CDL) if they were honorably discharged within the last 90 days, meet all licensing qualifications, and have operated a commercial motor vehicle in the last two years as part of their military service.
Restrictions
This is a skills-test waiver only, all other CDL licensing requirements still apply. Must apply within 90 days of honorable discharge.
