Natural, step, or legally adopted children of Illinois veterans can receive a four-year consecutive in-state tuition waiver at the University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign campus) through the Children of Veterans Tuition Waiver program. The veteran parent must meet eligibility requirements as a veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces.
