The State of Arizona waives tuition at all Arizona public universities and community colleges for eligible veterans and certain dependents. Eligible veterans include those who served honorably and are entitled to VA education benefits. Eligible dependents include children and surviving spouses under certain conditions. The waiver covers tuition, not fees or room and board.
Restrictions
Statute: A.R.S. § 15-1808. Apply by submitting the ADVS Tuition Waiver and Verification Form with documentation to benefits@azdvs.gov or by mail to ADVS, 3839 N 3rd St, Suite 209, Phoenix AZ 85012.
