Connecticut veterans can obtain an official certification of their veteran status from the CT DVA for use in state judicial programs (such as Veterans Courts). A Veteran Service Officer prepares and signs the certification form, which courts and legal programs use to confirm eligibility.

Uses CT DVA Judicial Veteran Certification Form. Contact your District Veteran Service Officer to initiate. Veterans Courts offer alternative dispositions for veterans charged with certain offenses.
