Hawaii maintains veterans cemeteries on six islands: Oahu (Kaneohe), Hawaii Island (Hilo and Kona), Kauai (Hanapepe), Maui (Makawao), Molokai (Hoolehua), and Lanai (Lanai City). Each island has its own cemetery managed by the state or county.

Restrictions

Most neighbor-island cemeteries are run by county parks departments, not OVS directly. Contact OVS or the relevant county for burial arrangements.
