Veterans who honorably served, including Delaware National Guard members, get a 50% discount on the annual fee for vehicle entrance to Delaware's 17 state parks and recreational areas, as long as their vehicle is registered in Delaware.
Restrictions
Annual pass costs $50 for Delaware residents in 2026; veteran/military discount brings it to $25. Pass covers all 17 state parks for the full fee season (March 1, Nov. 30). Active duty with out-of-state plates can purchase at the in-state rate.
