Active-duty service members stationed in Pennsylvania, and National Guard or Reserve members deployed overseas in the past 24 months for 60+ consecutive days, can get a reduced-fee hunting license for just $2.97. The license includes antlered deer and turkey tags.

Restrictions

Active-duty applicants must be officially stationed and quartered in Pennsylvania for 30 consecutive days immediately before applying.
