Purple Heart recipients who display a Utah Purple Heart license plate are exempt from all motor vehicle license and registration fees, including plate issuance, uninsured motorist identification, and local transportation corridor preservation fees. Standard property taxes and age-based fees still apply.
Restrictions
Requires a Utah Purple Heart specialty license plate. Contact any Utah DMV location to apply.
