Surviving spouses of disabled veterans who would have qualified for Tennessee's property tax relief program can receive the same state reimbursement on their home's property taxes. The relief is calculated on up to $100,000 of market value. The surviving spouse must not have remarried and must own and occupy the property.
Restrictions
Authorized under amendments to Tennessee's property tax relief law. Applied through county trustee.
