Tennessee reimburses property taxes for disabled veterans who own and occupy their primary residence. Qualifying disabilities include paraplegia, loss of two or more limbs, blindness, 100% permanent and total service-connected disability, or total disability from service in certain conflicts. The state pays or reimburses taxes on up to $175,000 of the home's market value.
Restrictions
Applied through county trustee or city collecting official. Maximum relief calculated on $175,000 market value.
