Missouri's "circuit breaker" tax credit gives a credit of up to $1,100 per year to homeowners (or up to $750 for renters) who are 100% disabled. Veterans who are 100% disabled as a result of military service qualify. The credit is based on property taxes or rent paid and total household income.

Restrictions

Claim via Missouri Form MO-PTC. The disability must be 100% from military service to qualify under the veteran-specific provision. File annually with your Missouri income tax return.
